I recently purchased an ergonomic desk and credenza for my office. They look like a traditional executive style desk set, but they are ergonomically designed. Behind the beautiful high-gloss wooden exterior, the desk has a keyboard tray that is adjustable and the height easily accommodates my tall stature.

The desk is superior in every way. I can arrange everything I need on the top surface and never have to extend my shoulders to reach what I need. The desktop is perfect height for my legs, and I can set the monitor for my computer far enough back that my eyes are not strained from the light, yet still remain close enough that I do not have to squint.

The style gives my office the executive feel that I desired while providing the ergonomic benefits that my body needs. I have had my fill of stiff shoulders and sore wrists from being hunched over a desk and typing all day.
